SHIPPING

Domestic orders:

  1. Small/lightweight items:
    Will be shipped. It can take up to 5-6 business days (or longer depending on the circumstances). If you’d rather come and collect your order please get in touch to arrange this.
  2. Bigger/heaver items:
    Will be after consultation your preferences delivered by us or collected by you.


International orders:
Only possible by request. International shipping costs, customs and import duties are at your expense.

Handling time
We will always aim to have our artworks sent out as quickly as possible but occasionally, due to events/timings/number of orders, it may take a few days before parcels are shipped out. Please be patient, this business is run solely by Henri & Denise Wieferink. If for any reason there are delays in sending work out from the studio we will reach out.

Where is my package?
If your package hasn’t arriver 3 days after the planned date of arrival please get intouch with us, so we can attempt to trace the package.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

I received a wrong or a broken item
Send us email and we will fix it.

Can I return my artwork?

  1. If there is breakage or when there is something wrong with your artwork on moment of receipt, there is a possibility to be refunded. Please get in touch with us immediately.  
  2. When you didn’t get what you asked for you can return it up to 14 days after receipt. However, if mugs or vases have been used we cannot refund them. We can only refund your purchase if we receive it and if it is in perfect condition.
